A loyalty card scheme started in 2009 for the town of Porthcawl in South Wales. 

Backed by the Porthcawl and District Chamber of Trade and Commerce it offers membership 

for £3.00 and can on showing  the card to participating retailer entitle it's members to discounts.

Business only pay the % discount but there doesn't seem to be any sales and marketing tracking.
